Announcement: International Summer School on „Sustainable Development and Resource Management in Rural Areas”

The University of Applied Forest Sciences will hold an International Summer School on „Sustainable Development and Resource Management in Rural Areas” from July 17 to July 30 2022.

The Summer School will be held on our Campus in Rottenburg. It will offer a multi-disciplinary study program including topics from the field of agriculture, forestry, resource management, renewable energy, and tourism, and we plan a number of social activities and field trips to topic-related nearby sites during the summer school. Please find the program here

Courses are suitable for M.Sc. and B.Sc. students from the above study fields. The course language is English. The courses are taught within a two-week module and will account for 5 ECTS credits in total. Please note that the recognition of contents and ECTS-credits lies with the students’ home universities.

All the courses are tuition-free for students applying from ERASMUS+ partner universities. Students from ERASMUS+ partner universities can apply for financial support for accommodation and travel expenses (please see the list of the University’s ERASMUS+ partner universities).

Places are limited. The application is open until 15/04/2022. Applications have to be submitted online through the following link. Notification of admission will be before 30/04/2022.
