Counselling services offered by the Central Student Advisory Service

The Central Student Advisory Service is your first point of contact and can refer you to other counselling centres.

As a general student advisory service, the ZSB is responsible for all questions from prospective students (choice of degree programme, application, enrolment, preliminary courses, etc.) as well as for all questions relating to studies for students. Further information at ZSB.

Regular examinations are part of a degree programme. You may have already experienced that exam preparation and exams themselves are associated with strong, stressful experiences. If so, you should seek out exam coaching:

  • Phenomena such as strong inner restlessness and mental blocks are dissolved
  • Ways to prepare for exams effectively
  • Individual strategies back to security and sovereignty.

Find your individual way to more confidence in the exam situation; the coaching will support you.

The initial psychological counselling service offers a point of contact for all students seeking professional support due to personal and study-related stress and crisis situations.
We would like to encourage you to seek counselling in the face of uncertainty and insecurity.

In an initial discussion, we will take a closer look at the stressful situation and can also look for ways to relieve and resolve it in further discussions. Initial discussions will give you the impetus to make changes and help you to help yourself. If it is advisable to consider longer-term psychotherapeutic support, you can take advantage of bridging psychological counselling at HFR until then.
Counselling is, of course, strictly confidential and free of charge.
As a qualified psychotherapist, I am pleased to be able to offer you my professional help. Please contact me at the following e-mail address for an initial counselling session:
