Internationalisation strategy
The Rottenburg School of Applied Sciences(HFR) is committed to the basic idea of sustainability and is committed to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
Challenges such as climate change, the energy transition, the mobility transition and migration and refugee movements cannot be addressed at regional or national level but only through international dialogue.
The HFR equips its students for professional work abroad and international collaboration through targeted support, including practice-oriented study programmes, study visits, internships, and excursions overseas. International students and guests are explicitly welcomed. The mobility and networking of professors, students, and staff are essential to the university's internationalisation and are actively encouraged. International collaborations are cultivated, and international research projects are supported in a special way.
