Steffen Boche
Steffen Boche

studied at the University of Rostock until 1993. From 1993, he worked at the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers (Treuarbeit) and from 1998, in various management positions at Verbundnetz Gas AG in Leipzig. Since 2006, Mr. Boche has been a consultant at E-Bridge-Consulting GmbH, Bonn. He has accompanied regulatory developments in the German energy industry from the very beginning and has been involved in various studies on network-related issues. The evaluation of electricity and gas grids, as well as the regulatory optimization of customer systems and closed distribution grids, are among his main areas of expertise. He has been a lecturer at Rottenburg University of Applied Sciences since 2016.

Hans-Jürgen Hertel
RA Hans-Jürgen Hertel

Studied law at the University of Augsburg, legal clerkship in Munich and Augsburg. Mr. Hertel has worked for various energy companies in the corporate legal department since 1993 and has been with EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG since 2003. He specializes in energy law, antitrust law, general civil law, contract law, and commercial law. In practice, he deals with gas (entire value chain), biogas, district heating, and contracting. In addition to numerous lectures and specialist publications, he can look back on many years of involvement in expert groups, committees, and project groups in energy industry associations.
Many years of teaching experience as a lecturer in energy law, civil law, and commercial law.
Since March 2008, a lecturer in the Energy Management programme at Heilbronn University.
Since March 2016, a lecturer in the Renewable Energies degree programme.

Florian Klumpp
Dr. Florian Klumpp

Has been a project manager at Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG in the "Energy Industry and Hydrogen" division since 2013. Fichtner is an international planning and consulting company specializing in the energy sector. Prior to this, he worked for the utility company EnBW for seven years.
His work focuses on market, potential, concept, and strategy studies, as well as economic and technical analyses, electricity demand forecasting, energy market modelling, and expert training. Dr Klumpp uses software tools to address complex problems and derives insights from scenarios, models, and simulations. In doing so, he considers the political framework, tariff systems, and regulatory structures of the relevant energy markets.
His core competencies include a strong foundation in hydrogen technologies, sector coupling, energy storage, e-mobility, and energy supply technologies based on both renewable and fossil sources. He works with a wide range of clients, including industrial companies, energy providers, banks, project developers, ministries, and public authorities.
He has been a lecturer on the Renewable Energies degree programme since 2015

Klaus Lambrecht
Diplom-Physiker Klaus Lambrecht

Partner at ECONSULT Lambrecht Jungmann Partnerschaft (Partnership) in Rottenburg and Stuttgart (www.solaroffice.de).
Studied physics and economics in Freiburg, Edinburgh, and Munich. After working in industry and research, he founded ECONSULT in 1995.
Focuses on the development of highly efficient buildings with the use of regenerative energies up to zero and plus energy buildings.
Research projects on EnEV, EwärmeG, energy standards, climate-neutral municipalities, energy consulting, etc.
Numerous consulting activities for municipalities, industry, ministries, associations, banks, planning offices, energy agencies, KfW, dena, and GIZ.
Head of several EU, federal, and DBU-funded projects. Initiator and head of the German Energy Consultant Day.
Since 2010, teaching at the HFR (SENCE and Renewable Energies) with a certificate course for energy consultants (BAFA-recognized).

Lucio Liuzzo
Lucio Liuzzo

Lucio Liuzzo has been a sought-after speaker in the German-speaking world as an expert on "Rich in Customers" since 2014. In 2018, he summarized the knowledge gained from over 20 years of field sales and sales coaching in his book of the same name. Lucio Liuzzo studied to become a mediator and coach at the University of Berlin (EHV), trained with sales expert Roger Rankel, and is also a TÜV-certified communication and rhetoric trainer. He has headed up the Rhetoric Academy in Tübingen since 2020 and is also a trainer at his own "SPEAK TO ME- ACADEMY". He has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Rottenburg since 2018.
