Dr. Constantin Herrmann
He has been working as a scientist and consultant in the field of life cycle assessment since 1997. He obtained his doctorate with the topic of life cycle assessment of electronics recycling at the Institute for Plastics Science and Plastics Testing (IKP) at the University of Stuttgart and then joined thinkstep AG (formerly PE INTERNATIONAL AG) in Leinfelden-Echterdingen in 2004 as Principal Consultant for Sustainability Assessment and Team Leader for Metals, Manufacturing, Electronics, and Automobiles. He has been a lecturer in life cycle assessment and ecodesign since 2009.

Economist & Master of Business Administration Günter Krause
Studied economics in Giessen and business administration in Manhattan, Kansas, USA. 23 years with Hewlett-Packard & Agilent Technologies in middle management. Self-employed since 2006 as an entrepreneur and management consultant. Since 2009, a lecturer on the SENCE programme in project management and in the entrepreneurship seminar course.

Dr. Markus Kübert
Project manager and authorised signatory at the geoscientific office Tewag Technologie – Erdwärmeanlagen – Umweltschutz GmbH. Since 2008, a lecturer on the SENCE degree programme in heat pumps and geothermal energy.

Graduate physicist Klaus Lambrecht
Partner at ECONSULT Lambrecht Jungmann Partnerschaft (Partnership) in Rottenburg and Stuttgart (www.solaroffice.de).
Studied physics and economics in Freiburg, Edinburgh, and Munich. After working in industry and research, he founded ECONSULT in 1995.
Focuses on the development of highly efficient buildings with the use of regenerative energies up to zero and plus energy buildings.
Research projects on EnEV, EwärmeG, energy standards, climate-neutral municipalities, energy consulting, etc.
Numerous consulting activities for municipalities, industry, ministries, associations, banks, planning offices, energy agencies, KfW, dena, and GIZ.
Head of several EU, federal, and DBU-funded projects. Initiator and head of the German Energy Consultant Day.
Since 2010, teaching at the HFR (SENCE and Renewable Energies) with a certificate course for energy consultants (BAFA-recognized).

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus-Jürgen Peschges
Apprenticeship as a machinist, Friedberg Engineering College (engineering degree in mechanical engineering), Darmstadt Technical University (Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.-Ing. mechanical engineering, a lecturer at the Chair of Hydraulic Machines and Systems), Freudenberg SIMRIT, Weinheim (Head of New Technologies), since 1981 Professor at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Chemistry and Process Engineering (Head of the Institute for Design Engineering/CAD and METEOR Centre for Key Qualifications), retired in 2009. Since 2002, a lecturer on the SENCE degree programme in hydropower.

Dr. Herbert Prickarz
studied business and clinical psychology and completed his doctorate on psychological factors of successful change management at the University of Cologne as an employee of Robert Bosch GmbH. In 2006, he moved to hybrid vehicle development as a project manager for human-machine interaction. From 2009 onwards, he coordinated the international competence management network of Robert Bosch GmbH and managed the associated global digitalisation project.
From 2012, he took on various project and management tasks in HR and supported the group with his team in setting up the autonomous driving division.
Since 2019, he has been driving the digital transformation in the organisation together with the business units of the mobility sector of the Robert Bosch Group. The certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and coach combine digitalisation, HR, cultural and organisational development to make the company fit for the future.

Dr. Rainer Schrägle
General Agricultural Sciences at the University of Hohenheim. Since 1997, Managing Partner of Technologica GmbH, www.varius-vision.de.
